We search for apartments or houses on your behalf, with the understanding that our services are free of charge to you.

Viewing the shortlisted property
Upon your request, we send you a selection of options and organise viewings only for those properties where agents, sellers, and developers are willing to pay us an introducer's fee.

Negotiation process
We register your name in the agent's database. If you are interested in a particular apartment or house and wish to make an offer, we act as the seller's agent during negotiations, assisting and supporting both parties. We oversee the entire process and coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and tax advisors.
This approach is common among most "free" real estate search services. It may limit negotiation possibilities and the potential pressure that can be applied on the seller, agent, or developer from our side. The reason is straightforward – the agent's client is the one who pays for their services, in this case, the seller.
